*Terms and conditions for Trans-Consult Education Australia “Enrol through TCE Australia and get rewarded” Campaign:

1.    The Promoter
The Promoter is Trans-Consult Education Australia Pty Ltd (TCE Australia), ABN 42 641 513 037, 3/55 Pyrmont Bridge Rd, Pyrmont NSW 2009.

2.    Eligibility
Promotion is open to international student who:

• has submitted original application via Trans-Consult Education Australia to study at an Australian education institution (commencing in Australia either face to face/online) for Semester 1, 2023 studies and have accepted a study offer 

• is applying through Trans-Consult Education Australia to study at an Australian education institution (commencing in Australia) for Semester 1, 2023 studies.

• is over the age of 18 and on a valid student visa.

• is looking to study same or different course with another Australian education provider.

 

This offer is valid for new applications only and open for those who are currently onshore in Australia on a valid visa. It does not apply to applications that are cancelled or resubmitted.

 

The Promotion is not open to:

• Employees of the Promoter;

• Parties to whom the Promoter has contracted work in relation to the Promotion;

• Parties who are otherwise directly involved with this Promotion;

• Any immediate family member of the above-mentioned parties; or

• International students who have submitted Semester 1 2023 study applications

• directly to the Australian education institutions or through other agents

• International students looking to study with the same Australian education provider

 

Offer not available with any other Trans-Consult Education Australia promotional join offer.

3.    Entry
The Promotion commences on 9:00 am AEDT Thursday 1st December 2022 and closes on 11:59 pm AEDT Tuesday 31st January 2023.

 

To enter, Eligible applicants must:

• Register online using the form on this page (https://www.transconsulteducation.com.au/enrolmeinsem1tce) or call TCE Counsellor on +61 452 655 919 and receive CoE by Tuesday, 31st January 2023 and provide valid contact details in Australia.

• Speak to a Trans-Consult Education Australia counsellor via face to face or virtual counselling and submit their completed application form. Student will need to submit an application for a foundation, diploma, undergraduate, postgraduate, PhD, packaged or nested course that is for Semester 1, 2023 study with minimum study period of 12 months or with tuition fee above $5000 during the promotion period.

 

For international students who have already submitted their original application through Trans-Consult Education Australia and accepted the offer to study at an Australian education institution for Semester 1, 2023 before this promotion start date, no special consideration will be given to these students for this promotion. They will be not be included for this promotion.

 

Eligible students may only enter the Promotion once.

 

No responsibility is accepted for entries that are not received for whatever reason, including lost, late or misdirected entries.

 

Trans-Consult Education accepts no responsibility with respect to availability of an offer from an institution to the student.

 

4.    Payment
Eligible students must submit an application to study at an Australian Education Institution during campaign period for Semester 1, 2023 intake. However, there is no entry fee from the Promoter to enter this Promotion.

 

5.    Gift card
Eligible Students will receive their e-gift card valued at $300. All amount is in Australian Dollar (AUD)

 

Each recipient of the gift card will receive a gift card subject to satisfaction of the gift card Conditions in Item 6 below.

 

Gift cards are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment.

 

6.    Gift card conditions

The student can receive their gift card once they:

a. accept the offer letter, and
b. obtain the confirmation of enrolment (CoE) and paid the initial course payment via Trans-Consult Education Australia and its partner, and
c. commence Semester 1, 2023 course with an Australian education institution before the institution census  date/refundable period for the course fees.

 

If the student is unable to meet the above-mentioned conditions, the gift card will be forfeited.

 

In the unlikely event that the gift card is not available, TCE Australia reserves the right to offer an alternative reward of equal or similar value. 

 

An amount of AU$300 will be given to each eligible student after the institution census date/refundable period for the course fees. 

 

To claim the gift card:

• The student can provide their mailing address to receive the gift card, or;

• The student can collect the plastic gift card in person from the Promoter’s office in Australia, or;

• If the student is unable to claim the gift card in person due to COVID-19 restrictions in their city, they can contact the Promoter to make other arrangements

 

Gift card will be available to claim in June 2023.

 

Student must provide valid ID(s) at the time of claiming or collecting the gift card and complete a Release and Gift Card Acceptance Form requested by Promoter.

 

The gift card cannot be transferred or exchanged for its cash value. The gift card value is correct as at the date of printing.

 

TCE Australia accepts no responsibility for circumstances beyond its control that may change aspects of the gift card.

7.    Exclusion of Liability

• TCE Australia makes no representation nor provides any warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of the gift card offered.

• TCE Australia is not responsible for any losses associated with any change to the value of the gift card.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, TCE Australia is not liable for any loss suffered or sustained by the student or any other person however caused including but not limited to consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omissions, deliberate or negligent, by TCE Australia or its employees or its contractors or its agents in connection with supply of the gift card to the student. 

• TCE Australia’s decision on all matters pertaining to this Promotion will be final.

• TCE Australia is under no obligation to provide reasons for any of its decisions.

• The gift card must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.

• A Recipient may be liable to declare the gift card for tax purposes. TCE Australia takes no responsibility for any tax payable on the gift card. If any tax is payable on the gift card it is the sole responsibility of the student.

• TCE Australia accepts no responsibility if the prize is lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with in any way.

 

8.    Privacy
TCE Australia collects personal information from all entrants in order to determine their eligibility to get the gift card and participate in this Promotion. It is a condition of this Promotion that the student read and agree to Trans-Consult Education Australia’s privacy policy which can be found here.

9.    Inconsistency
To the extent that there is any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any other published material, these terms and conditions will prevail. By participating in the Promotion, the student acknowledges that these terms and conditions are legally binding.

 

TCE Australia reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Promotion as necessary due to circumstances outside its control.
